I would like to share my experience that i had with one of the customer service staff named Anna, if i am not wrong. She served me at counter number 4. She is really helpful and caring. She listened to me and help me out from the problem which i were facing to obtained the birth certificate of my twin babies. she fulfilled my enquiry within couple of minutes on the spot after consulting with her supervisor without any extra charges or the fast track service. I just want to thanks to Anna and whole team from front door staff (token provider) to higher management. Everyone is great and highly qualified to serve the customers. At the last, i also want to apologise Anna for the late feedback.
